EMF is Electromagnetic Radiation, primarily invisible. It is a byproduct of the use of electricity and technology. Thousands of independent studies prove that EMF harms us and all other living creatures on the cellular level. It is important to note that the studies found by the telecom industry are highly biased, and their findings tend to downplay the massive harm caused by EMF exposure. It is well known " How the Federal Communications Commission Is Dominated by the Industry It Presumably Regulates." (Captured Agency by Norm Alster - Harvard University) With that said, you are on your own, and many of us believe it is a universal truth regarding our health and well-being.
To better understand EMF, we break it down into
Five different parts:
Today, all people living in developed countries are exposed to EMF, and many are exposed to high and extremely high levels. More and more people develop (estimated 2-3% of the population) a condition called Electro Hypersensitive (EHS). Even a higher number of the population (about 30%) shows symptoms due to EMF exposure (headache, fatigue, stress, sleep disturbances, skin symptoms like prickling, burning sensations and rashes, pain and ache in muscles, ringing in the ears, tingling fingers, accelerated aging, and many other health problems). Unfortunately, very few professionals (doctors, engineers, electricians, inspectors, etc.) are educated about EMF, and even fewer are trained to deal with it. More and more research shows that children absorb EMF radiation ten times more effectively, making them the most vulnerable to this invisible radiation. EMF Mitigation helps to create optimal environment.
What can I do?
Today, living without electricity and technology is almost (or perhaps it is) impossible. Using electricity and technologies, smart devices are convenient and help us to be "connected" to the world. These tools help us to be more efficient and more comfortable. Unfortunately, all of these come with a considerable price tag, but this time, we don't pay with our wallets; we give up on our health day by day. The good news is that we can reduce our EMF exposure using technologies. Still, we must give up some of our devices, rethink our daily habits, retrain ourselves, and perhaps give up our technology addictions and dependents. We believe it is not only possible but gratifying. Of course, we must make some changes, which is not always easy. The most important part is to create a sanctuary sleeping area. This is where we spend most of our lives and where our body can rest and recover from daily stress. If we provide this stress-free environment for our body, it can heal independently after we give it the necessary nutrition. Having a sanctuary sleeping area in our bedroom is like having a free wellness retreat every night. It is truly amazing! Creating this radiation-free sleeping area won't necessarily be free, but there will be no upkeep cost once we have it. EMF Testing or Mitigation is necessary to create our sanctuary sleeping area.
... and how?
If you would like to eliminate or massively reduce EMF in your home, you'll need EMF TESTING and you have two options:
1. You can do it yourself: After some readings and studies, you will need to get some equipment and be able to do a great job. It will be helpful if you become knowledgeable about meters and electrical instruments and are familiar with electricity.
Some valuable resources:
2. Higher a professional for EMF Mitigation: No matter where you live, there are several professionals who are willing to travel to you or help you virtually. If you live in a large metro area, then more than likely, you'll have a few local options.
We offer in person EMF Mitigation Services (electric field, magnetic field, radio frequencies, dirty electricity) for homes and businesses in the greater Charlotte area in North Carolina. We also do virtual consultations and recommendations. Please contact us form anywhere in the US or Canada if you are interested in learning more about these services.
